About The Owner
My name is Kaitlynn Thompson and I am 19 years old! I have always dreamed about owning a coffee or drink shop in Taylorsville, Ky because there are not many options in town! My mom and I always look for pick me ups for after school or just for fun, so I created Mix & Swirl, so people can create their own drinks! I wanted to create an amazing friendly enviroment, so anyone everyone can come study, chat, and sip! Before Mix & Swirl, I had my own drink bar at home that I would use often. I learned many of my recipes at home that I now use at Mix & Swirl, some of my personal favorites come from home! I love to make sure that everyone has options, so I do have sugar-free syrups and drinks that I love to make! All of my syrups are made in house which is something that I thrive on. There are many drink shops that use pre made syrups, but mine are made from me and are one of a kind! I hope to continue my buisness and open multiple shops so everyone can visit Mix & Swirl!
